Hand Forged Shark Tooth & Turquoise Necklace

This stunning fossalized shark tooth was found by me on the barrier islands off the Carolina coast. My dad and I had an island we called “Shark tooth island” and we would kayak over to go picking and exploring for hours. I paired it with a really gorgeous piece of natural turquoise. The design is eye catching but more on the minimal side ; to let the tooth *shine*. I feel like often times the shark teeth get lost in the piece. These are very special to me, though. As I found them- not bought them from a diver. Still have not bought 1 shark tooth to date! Here’s to hoping next time I visit the Carolina’s it will be a boat day! 

On a 16” diamond cut sterling box chain
